General Shipping Information:
Your beauty needs are our priority, and we strive to ship your products as swiftly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and destination of the package. All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we aim for accuracy in our estimates, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your package's journey and estimated arrival date using this number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Tanas Hair Designs & Spa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Domestic Shipping Policy:
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Products will typically arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
Damages:
Tanas Hair Designs & Spa takes care in packaging your products. However, should you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before reaching out, as they may be required for inspection.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:
Tanas Hair Designs & Spa is not liable for any products lost or stolen during shipping. If your shipment is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will assist in any way we can to help rectify the issue.
