Refund policy
Our Return Policy: Your satisfaction is paramount to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the time you receive your product or service to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility: For products, they must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For services, they must not have been rendered. Please keep and present your receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please reach out to us at Jacktanas@icloud.com. Returns should be directed to our designated return address, which will be provided upon acceptance of the return request. Any items returned without prior notification will not be processed. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Addressing Damages: If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, or if there was an error in the service provided, reach out to us promptly. We're committed to addressing concerns and finding a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care goods, including beauty products. Similarly, custom orders or personalized items, and items on sale or promotional offers, are final and cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable. If you're uncertain about your item's return eligibility, we're here to assist.
Exchanges: If you're looking to exchange a product, the quickest way is to return the current item (once the return is approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
Processing Refunds: Once we receive and review your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that there may be a delay from your bank or credit card provider in updating the transaction. If it's been over 15 business days since our approval and you haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at Jacktanas@icloud.com.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, to respect the time of our team and other clients, appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations significantly impact our ability to serve others—thank you for understanding and honoring this policy.
